Speaker 1:

Hey friends, welcome back to Wealthy Generation Podcast that's W-E-L-L-T-H-Y. My gosh, I'm a little bit nervous to record this episode. I've been like doing all the things except pressing play, you know, trying to procrastinate and distract myself from actually recording this. Because this episode is all about information, all about my group program palette reset. I wanted to create this episode to give you all of the details that I have so far in my brain about this program so that you know exactly what is going to be about what to expect, the details of it. So I'm a little bit nervous because this is the first time I'm launching this program. It is something I've been wanting to do for a very long time. I am extremely excited to launch this program. I think it's going to have a humongous impact in whoever participates and joins. And I don't know, I'm a little bit nervous because it's something you know how they say like a little bit new, a little bit different, but a little bit the same. So I know now I'm getting all goofy. All right, let me. Let me get you the details about this program because I am really excited about it. I think it's going to have a enormous impact. I think it's something 100% different than whatever's out there, whatever you've tried before.

Speaker 1:

And as I was looking for a group program, focus right, because when I work with my one-on-one clients, we get to just go in any which way direction that my client needs. We focus on different things at different times. They all have different goals. So, although some of it is the same, it is 100% personalized to them, their goals, their lifestyle, whatever it is that they need. But when it came to a group program, it's really important for the group to be kind of working for the same goal or for a similar purpose. It just makes for a better community experience. It just makes for people to be seen more and for everybody to get you know whatever results it is they are coming to the program for. And, at the same time, everything we work on is for that goal, for yourself, right?

Speaker 1:

So when I was brainstorming with my business coach, kat, as to everything I help my clients with, I was really thinking about what is the common denominator, what is the one thing that, no matter what it is that my one-on-one client's goal is, we work on? What's that one thing that I have to touch on with every single one of my one-on-one clients that gives them. The biggest impact that we start building on from there. What is that one thing that we need to address first, to then build up on that? And that answer was very clear to me. That answer was very clear to me.

Speaker 1:

It was that, no matter what their goal was, what their long-term goal was or whatever, the one common thing was learning how to eat for their goals. The one common thing was learning how to reduce the amount of ultra processed foods that they were having, the amount of foods that, although they thought were the better quality for them and was supporting them in their health journey, actually was not because of the quality of ingredients that these food products were made with. So it wasn't necessarily the meals that they were having, it was more of what ingredients the meals were comprised of. What was the meal comprised of? What ingredients? Right, and it applied to anything, whatever they were drinking, whatever they were eating, and so many times more often than you might think you believe, that you are having a food item that is tooted, as healthy. That is tooted as it will help you with X, y, z and if you are not familiar with ingredients or how to read food labels or how a food affects your body, the timing of foods, all of these little nuances. You were probably not getting the results you were expecting from whatever that food product was. So we worked a lot my clients and I, my one-on-one clients and I on actually learning what's in their food and looking for equally as delicious and as satisfying replacements, like products that actually will give you the results that you are expecting from it, and it's things like peanut butter, bread, cereals, pancake mixes, packaged foods of some sort, yogurts, cottage cheese.

Speaker 1:

There are so many misconceptions when it comes to a lot of these products that can be creating high sugar spikes when you eat them. It can be causing extra cravings throughout the day, like stomach pains, digestive pains in your body, migraines, sluggishness, foggy minded, not being able to focus too much, so that all can stem from these foods that you think you are eating that are quote unquote good for you. Foods that you think you are eating that are quote unquote good for you, but because, again, of the ingredients or how you're eating them, they're not having that effect on you, and this is why I created Palate Reset, in an effort to learn about these kinds of foods, about these kinds of foods, but it's starting at the beginning at the palate, how things taste and what exactly does palate mean? One of the definitions of palate is a person's appreciation of taste and flavor, especially when sophisticated and discriminating. So everything relies on your taste buds, right Like. You determine whether you're going to eat or something or not, based on taste first.

Speaker 1:

So resetting your palate, or your thoughts on foods and how foods taste, expanding your palate, can have such a huge impact on your overall health. What happens is that a lot of times, these foods that are ultra processed contain so many chemicals and addictive chemicals. They're made this way by scientists in labs. These companies that make these products have entire scientific teams studying human taste buds and what creates addictive, like this perfect combination of salty, crunchy, sweet, oily products that does create addictive tendencies. So basically, detoxing the palate like understanding why you like certain things that you eat is so irresistible and it's hard to give up or to get away from or to stop eating really understanding exactly what's going on can be very helpful and it will start to reset and retrain your palate. It's not to say that you're not going to have, let's say, chips, chocolate, whatever it is that you like. It doesn't necessarily mean you 100% need to stop eating those things. There's usually, always, always, always, a similar product out in the market that tastes very similarly and it does not contain all of these chemicals that are in these other products. That is drastically impacting our health.

Speaker 1:

So this is the goal in Palate Reset it is to break up with ultra processed foods in our 90 days together, in our 12 weeks together, because I know that the initial part of a health and wellness journey starts with enjoying your food. This program and anybody I coach, whether it's one-on-one or in this group program, the goal is not to eat boring, bland, under-seasoned, not fun food. That is not the goal. If you don't know me yet, I am a proclaimed foodie. I love trying new foods, I love going out to eat, I love things like ice cream, pastries and all of that good stuff. The thing is that at the same time I'm enjoying those kinds of foods, I am also being mindful of my health, my body and how I'm going to feel after eating these kinds of food, and that is so important.

Speaker 1:

Most of the time, when we get used to or we expand our palate, we are able to grow our capacity to really determine if we are actually enjoying a food product or not, and how to appreciate different kinds of experiences, different kinds of foods, and also how to enjoy a wider variety. There are certain ingredients that kind of create a film over our palate that really kind of mutes the flavors and how we perceive how food tastes. One of them is an aspartame. It is an artificial sugar that can be found in diet sodas and in gums, in chewing gums. That can really alter flavor right. So, addressing the very first part, the very first area of our wellness, which is what we eat, and then understanding if we're enjoying it or not, or shifting our palate which is 100% possible, our palate is shifting all of the time then it can really make a health and wellness journey sustainable. And let's think just beyond you it can create lasting generational health for you, your family and your community, because the thing is that the products that you buy for your home or to share with others starts to create an imprint for those other individuals. If you are responsible for children in your life and you and your partner are responsible for the groceries and the lunches and the dinners and the snacks, you have a tremendous responsibility and impact and influence on these kids' palates, on their health and on their health journey, because you start to shape their palate when they are young and the kids get used to eating what you give them.

Speaker 1:

And this is why I don't know if you've ever heard of Vegemite. It is this bread from Australia. It's a spread that's used on toast. It's kind of like cream cheese cheese, but it's not at all. It looks like Nutella but it is not. It has this pungent, fishy. I don't know what taste.

Speaker 1:

I tasted it so many years ago. I was 21 years old when I tried it. So almost 18 years ago I tried Vegemite and I just couldn't get past like it. Just it was not a pleasant flavor for me. And here goes all the little Australian kids. It's their favorite and it's an integral part of their breakfast right, there's a Vegemite of their breakfast, right, there's a Vegemite. So how is it that they like this and they don't find it absolutely appalling, like I did? Because their palate is strained like that. Same thing with wasabi. It is very unpleasant on my palate. Wasabi from Japan, right, and here goes all these Japanese little kids eating wasabi like it's not a big deal. Why? Because their palate got trained at a young age. It is familiar to them. I lived in Mexico for four months and my little host nephew or whatever my little like host nephew or whatever my host mom's grandson he was about four years old when I was there and he ate more spicy chilies than me. The dog ate more spicy chilies than me. Why? Because their palates were trained in that way.

Speaker 1:

So there is a lot that you can do to influence not just your own palette but those of your family members, those of your community. You can plant seeds. And let me be clear, very clear here. It is not that you're going to force people to change or to want to eat like you or anything like that. All I'm saying like this is very organic, very natural. That the change happens right or you get to influence it can literally be no big deal at all, but you buying, let's say, a different pancake mix and using that for pancakes instead of another one. That will lead to more potential diseases down the line. That is all.

Speaker 1:

I actually have a client who has a 13 year old child and they are very picky and they've started making small changes in their meals and, although the child might notice that there's something different is not as big as an impact as to them to not eat the food. They just have a question. And they keep moving on, little by little. Their palate is being influenced too, to try these new flavors, to feel these different textures, all right. So whatever you eat, whatever hits your palate, whatever you're tasting, that is not the end of the story. The end of the story happens when you poo. Hopefully you poo and you're not constipated and not using the bathroom at all, because that is definitely another issue, right?

Speaker 1:

So the taste and the chewing and the swallowing, that is the very beginning of the food journey in your body and we want to be mindful as to what happens in your body once you swallow this food and your stomach needs to digest it and your gallbladder needs to be involved and your liver needs to be involved and your small intestine is involved, and your small intestine is involved and your large intestine is involved and your gut is absorbing what it needs. Is it blocking things that should not be getting into your bloodstream, into your body? Is it what you're eating influencing good gut health, where most of your immune system lives, or is it destroying it? Right? How is food landing on you? How is your pancreas doing with releasing insulin to manage those sugar spikes.

Speaker 1:

There's so much, so much that happens in your body after you swallow. Much that happens in your body after you swallow your food and hopefully you have chewed it and you have actually realized if you liked what you ate or not. Right, it's so impactful. So, being mindful about your palate, expanding them to try new things, really discerning if it is something you enjoy or not, whatever it is that you're eating or you're having it, just because you're having it, because someone else told you to like what's the reason behind it, can literally change the trajectory of your health around and your family's health completely around. So I want you to realize the magnitude, the sheer magnitude, of the impact that just a mere 90 days, 12 weeks, will have on not only your life and wellbeing but that of your loved ones as well. Okay, it is enormous. Enormous because, again, as I said, if you don't like what you're eating, if you don't like how it tastes, if you were not willing to explore in safe ways, in actually realizing how food is making you feel in your body, if you're actually enjoying it or not, then you're you will not be able to create sustainable changes in your health and wellness to a total zombie because you lost weight by not eating, or eating foods you don't like, that are bland and boring. Whether that is reversing your prediabetes or supporting your hormone health, whatever it is, whatever your goal is, your goal is this is the baseline 100% baseline foundation that needs to be built strong and sturdy. That is exactly what you need for whatever goal you want. Cool.

Speaker 1:

So let's get into just the details of the program that you might be curious about. So, as I said, palette Reset is going to be 12 weeks long, a total of 90-ish days to help you break up with ultra processed foods. The meetings are going to be on Wednesdays, every Wednesday, except for the holiday weeks. Right, that it's going to be changed. Okay, so before that, the program is going to start November 20th. That is, wednesday, november 20th. That is going to start November 20th. That is Wednesday, november 20th. That is going to be the first date, and then actually, christmas and New Year's falls on Wednesdays. So those weeks the meetings are going to be on Monday, so that we're still together and engaging, and it's right before the holidays together and engaging, and it's right before the holidays.

Speaker 1:

This is actually why it's the absolute, perfect, perfect, perfect time for you to join this program because it is in pure foodie season. One like Thanksgiving, christmas, christmas Eve, new Year's, new Year's Eve I totally said those backwards, but you got my flow Tres Reyes, three Kings Day, like Friendsgivings, family gatherings there's just a gazillion events to go to, let alone just regular old birthday parties that are in the mix with these times. Maybe you're going on vacation or not, so we are just eating, eating, eating, eating, eating for a good three months, right? So imagine you having an extra set of knowledge, skills and practicing habits along the way during the busiest foodie time. Not only will this have an impact on you, but generally what's happening is that you are in community with others. So, as I said before, imagine having an influence and an impact in a non-pushy way we're not here to do that Just very organic and naturally with those who you love around you and actually being able to bring them in at some capacity on this wealth of information. So, like I said, it's 12 weeks long.

Speaker 1:

We're going to start Wednesday, november 20th. It's 12 weeks long. We're going to start Wednesday, november 20th. There's going to be some meetings on Monday. The time of the meetings is going to be from 1 to 2.30 Eastern Standard Time. The meetings are going to be 90 minutes long, but don't freak out, okay? Because the first part of the meeting 20 to 30 minutes max is going to be an educational piece, and then the rest of the call is going to be coaching. So you don't need to stay for the full 90 minutes. I recommend staying for the full six first 60 minutes. I just always like to hold more time and space if there are people who can stay later, so we can cover a little bit more coaching and questions. That is all but the first 60 minutes. That's where I would love for you to be. Also, the calls are going to be recorded and they're going to be uploaded into a private portal where you can go rewatch them, where you can rewatch what you missed. You can rewatch the whole thing. If you want to revisit information, it's going to be there for you to see. So don't worry about the length and not being able to be there for the full time. As long as you can show up for the first hopefully 60 minutes, you are good to go. You're going to get what you absolutely came for, okay. So those are the dates and times.

Speaker 1:

The investment of the program is $1,275. That is the pay in full, or three months of 425. So three payments of 425, $425 or a pay in full of 1,275. It's the same price. I know you have your calculator on doing 425 times three because, if you're like me, I cannot do math in my head to save my life. I'm actually always being tested by my kids, but no. So it's the same exact price.

Speaker 1:

However, a bonus for paying full clients, and that is that you will get two weeks access to the food app that my current one-on-one clients use. It is an interactive app where you get to log in your food, log in your wellness throughout the day, and then this is the only time where you'll get private, personalized feedback from me. So for two weeks, you'll be able to get private, personalized feedback from me on your meals and your daily wellness, because you will get access to this application and through there, I'm going to be able to communicate with you and give you feedback on your meals, give you feedback on your schedule and your overall wellness for those two weeks, and that is amazing. All of my one-on-one clients absolutely adore this app and it is actually propelling their results even more because they're able to notice their own patterns, they're able to log in everything from their wellness, not just their food, and they get to use it as much or as like laid back as they want to, but the most important part is this food aspect of it. So for paying full clients, you will get two weeks access to this application, which will really accelerate your results in the program when you have this kind of access. Aside from that, what's also going to be part of the program is a WhatsApp community. I want us to be able to continue the conversation outside of our weekly calls. So, again, if you cannot stay the whole 90 minutes on the weekly calls, there is equally an opportunity for us to voice note, send photos, links. This is why I like WhatsApp, even little video bubble chats or whatever. That's probably what I would be using sometimes to communicate with each other. So if you, for whatever reason, don't get to ask your question on a live call, or you forget or you have a follow-up, you will have a space to do that in.

Speaker 1:

Okay, all right, what else? We're going to have two intensive group trainings. The first one is going to be the pantry flip experience. So we're going to take a look at our pantries. We're going to see what products are serving us, what products are not serving us, and we're going to find, replace them or flip them with products that actually serve us and taste equally as delicious, as good and serves the same purpose for you. Okay, so you can have everything you want in your pantry and it can also serve you. It doesn't mean that we're just going to like throw a bunch of crap away, a bunch of food away, and just like leave your pantry bare. Like I said, there are replacements to everything you love to eat with better quality ingredients that will serve your health and wellness goals, that will promote long-term health and wellness for you and your family. So making sure that your pantry and your refrigerator is set up that way is already setting yourself up for success.

Speaker 1:

And then the second group intensive that we're going to have is called Cultural Foods Remix. So again, it's the holiday time, we love our cultural foods and we must, must, must keep them, of course, in our everyday lives. There is no need to get rid of them. But what often happens again is the ingredients we're using just changes them around a little bit so we can go through your family recipes, whatever cultural foods you love and you want to make for the holiday season and we can just work on remixing those ingredients so that it actually provides the cultural healing properties that our food is meant to give us in the first place. Okay, and again, those videos or those trainings are going to be uploaded into the client portal so you will have access to the recordings on there. All right, so you are going to learn things like what are ultra processed foods, what's the connection between our brain, our palate in our bodies, how to read food labels, and so much, much more in this program. Okay, so you might be thinking to yourself like I believe I went through everything that's going to be part of it, right, and you might be thinking to yourself like, oh, my gosh, am I going to be at? Like, I don't have time for this. This sounds great, but I really don't have time for this.

Speaker 1:

So the good part is that there are so many points of communication between the group members and myself. Right, the it's one hour a week, basically, of live interaction. And then you also have access and time on WhatsApp, so you can literally send a message whenever you have time. There's times where I'm commuting and I send a message In between cooking something I send a message to my group. The thing I love about WhatsApp communication, too, is that you're able to send voice notes. Sometimes I don't have time to type, so this is why I love chatting with voice note options, because it saves me time, it saves my clients a lot of time. When you can just communicate by talking and not by once again reading texting, you can just use your voice right.

Speaker 1:

So it is something that, again, if it's something that's super important to you, you will find the few minutes sprinkled throughout your day or throughout the week to be in communication with the group to ask the questions that you need to ask. And if you think about it, it's for a limited amount of time. We're not together for a whole year here where you have to carve out. This time is just 12 weeks, just 12 weeks, and I say it that way because I am sure you see how fast time flies and before you know it, the program will be over and before you know it, you'll have so much like such an abundance of knowledge and a completely transformed life, because your pantry is going to be flipped, your recipes are going to be remixed, you're going to be practicing these new habits and these new skills and you will be in community. So you will get what you come for here. It doesn't have to be everything, but if it is one to three things, you will have time for this. It will be worth it.

Speaker 1:

Another concern you might have is what if you don't get results right? What happens if I don't get results? I've joined a gazillion other programs before. I've tried a bazillion other strategies and tactics before and it just has not worked for me. So I will let you know that the program is structured in a way to give you results. This has been proven over and over again with my one-on-one clients, where in 12 weeks they do get one-on-one clients. Where in 12 weeks they do get really good results. And it is a significant amount of time where it's not too long but it is a good amount of time to practice and create some change. Also, there's going to be a real life person there me and your community mates with you on this journey.

Speaker 1:

So it's not something you have to do on your own. It's not something that you have to battle your mind on your own or everything that comes up for you. You're going to have a true support system that's going to help hold you accountable in this process. So the way that it is, the way that Palette Reset is set up, is really to guide you through a structure and a step-by-step journey where you're going to actually learn how to do these things. A lot of programs is just do this, do that, do this, do that. There is none of that here. You're going to learn these things. A lot of programs is just do this, do that, do this, do that. There is none of that. Here You're going to learn exactly why we're going to be addressing root causes of eating patterns and you will really be equipped with the tools to make these changes and to be sustainable in them. You are going to build such awareness that you are going to know exactly how you got the results. And if you didn't by any chance because, hey, everything is possible then you will know why as well.

Speaker 1:

All right, so if you've tried other programs and they didn't work this is why I'm mentioning that the accountability of the WhatsApp community, the group calls, and if you get the bonus where you have one-on-one access directly to me for two weeks, it's really going to make a difference here in this community, because I don't think that anyone is really teaching the foundation If people are telling you, okay, eat chicken and broccoli or have this shake, and you have no clue why, no idea, and it's like eat more salads, just have yogurt. If you're just going off of blanket statements that you hear other people say or you see on the internet and you don't know why, you don't know how it affects you and you don't know what results it gives you. This is why these programs have not worked for you in the past. All right, and don't be afraid of being hungry or deprived. This is not a diet program.

Speaker 1:

I already told you I am 100% a foodie and one of my favorite things to do is eat and explore. Eating, exploring new things, right. So there's absolutely no restrictions, no hunger going on here, no depriving yourself of foods you love. As I've mentioned over and over again, is more about going deeper into what the ingredients are that makes up these food products and just making sure that the ingredients are giving you and helping your body give you the results that you want, because, remember, when you eat something, it does not stop at chewing and swallowing. There is this whole process in the body. So how is the food that you're having? The quality and the ingredients of the food that you're having. How does it affect you in your digestion, right Like in the processes of your body. So there is no hunger or deprivation here. Goodbye, not here.

Speaker 1:

All right, what happens if you can't commit, like you say? You can't commit for 12 weeks. So, again, change takes time To create sustainable change. You want to give it a little bit of time. So if you've joined let's say, going back to previous programs, a 10-day challenge or a seven-day detox, or you go on vacation and you decide that you're going to change things in two or three days that you're away, it is not sustainable. It does not give time for your body, your mind and your palate to adjust to what's going on. So give yourself the gift of those 12 weeks. Give yourself the gift of that.

Speaker 1:

Sometimes it's the slowest time of the year because a lot of people are winding down, a lot of people are going on vacation. They don't want to be bothered with work. You have days off, so you'll have opportunity and time to be intentional with this process. Again, like I mentioned, you're going to have 24 seven access through WhatsApp. Again, like I mentioned, you're going to have 24-7 access through WhatsApp. Yes, there's going to be times where I'll respond right away or there'll be guidelines around that, right. But you will have an opportunity anytime you have a question or a concern or a win, because we want to hear about these wins during 12 weeks.

Speaker 1:

Think about 12 weeks ago and how fast time has gone by, right? We're already at the end of 2024 and I just remember when I was in Las Vegas, you know, perreando to Bad Bunny in his concert on my birthday, which is in February, and all of a sudden it's almost my birthday again in about 12 weeks. No, it's a little longer than that, but time just goes by fast. So in 12 weeks you want to think about. Do you want to be still worried about how you feel in your body and how you're feeding your family? Do you still want this to be taking up so much mental energy and space in your life, right? Do you just want to start off, begin this new year on the right foot, and you're not even waiting for January. By January, you'll be more than halfway there.

Speaker 1:

Don't wish and hope. Don't wish and hope. That will get you nowhere fast. It will just give you more stress and anxiety because you keep wishing and hoping and dreaming and there is no action to be taken. So what a wonderful way to take action in community taken. So what a wonderful way to take action in community. You know, it takes so much longer and it's so much more stressful and frustrating to go through a process on your own and it is so much more I'm not saying it, probably you won't feel those feelings but it is so much more reassuring and it feels so much safer when you're in a container that values holding space and making sure people feel safe and have a smooth transition and are still honoring their foodie identities and the stuff they like to eat. It's just really different. So gifting yourself 12 weeks of a lifetime of the rest of your lifetime is really, really, really invaluable. And talking about invaluable, if you're worried about the cost, I get it, I really do. The first time I invested in coaching, it was gut-wrenching. The first time I invested in continuing education, it was gut-wrenching. But I am so thankful I did that to myself. I am so grateful. It is not just about this investment that's fleeting. It is this investment in your long-term health and wellness Again, not just yours, but that of your family.

Speaker 1:

Think about how much money you're spending in over-the-counter medication. Because that was me. I was spending money on Tums, on Gasex, on Motrin, on Midol, on Bengay, all of these over-the-counter meds, pepto-bismol, imodium, ad like ridiculous amounts of money on over-counter medication because I was consistently feeling sick in my body. And guess what, once I started to pay attention to ingredients, to really let go of all the ultra processed foods that I was eating, to change my lifestyle around, I no longer needed to buy all of the over-the-counter medication Allegra, because I would have terrible allergies. So imagine how much money you are actually saving by investing in yourself in this way, right, not needing to buy over-the-counter medication, knowing what to buy and having peace of mind. Peace of mind is invaluable.

Speaker 1:

Feeling good in your skin does not have value. It is amazing. Not spending so much mental energy and anxiety over what you're eating, how you're eating and how you're feeding your kids or what you're not doing does not have value. This is just an energetic exchange, exchange, right With honoring something that you want so bad for yourself and having that energetic exchange for time, knowledge, space. And it feels so good when you get that in return for yourself. So I get it. It is not cheap. It is a sacrifice.

Speaker 1:

You have a lot of other things going on, but I'll tell you this investing in yourself in this way, feeling actually good in your body and not sick all the time, having more mental clarity can help you make your money back, or even more. You will just have the energy. The energy and the capacity to just do the things you want to do at a faster pace. You will have time to rest more. The energy that you spend on all of this will just be returned back to you. So this is the importance of truly making investments in yourself that will have long-term gains, again, not just for you, but for everybody around you. Not just for you, but for everybody around you. You just become a different person, all right.

Speaker 1:

So I want to encourage you to sign up for Palette Reset. If this is your goal, if this is something that's very important for you at this time, if this is something you want to commit to and you've been waiting for a long time for, or you've been wishing and hoping for a way where you can still eat what you love and take care of your health and take care of whatever health goal it is that you have, this truly is the foundation and the baseline that you need for whatever your goal is. That you've been looking for. So I invite you. I invite you to join Pilot Reset Again if it's something that's within alignment with you. If you have any questions whatsoever, I invite you to book a consultation call, send me an email or a DM on Instagram and we can have a conversation there.

Speaker 1:

For paying full folks, you will get that two-week bonus of one-on-one time with me on the Food Journal app. Through there, we will communicate with each other. Through there, we will communicate with each other and, again, you're going to have WhatsApp access with the whole community where we can continue the conversation there. You will get to rewatch all trainings and calls on the backend client portal. That's going to be accessible to you, be accessible to you and, best of all, you are going to receive what you never knew you could achieve, what you never knew you could feel like again in only 12 weeks.

Speaker 1:

Friend, I want to invite you to join this community Again, if it's aligned with you, if this is what you've been called to do at this moment. I cannot wait to hold space for you, I cannot wait to support you in this community and I am very grateful that you are still here listening, possibly and hopefully, if you've made it this far, interested. So don't be shy to reach out if you have any questions at all. And I cannot wait, I cannot wait. I am so excited to see you inside of palette reset and be all together on november 20th as we start our journeys to breaking up with ultra processed foods in just 90 days. All right, friend, I'll talk to you next week. Bye.
